Welcome to Open Contracting Data Standard for Procurement (D202)!

The Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) was created to support organizations to increase contracting transparency, and allow deeper analysis of contracting data by a wide range of users. It enables disclosure of data and documents at all stages of the procurement process by defining a common data model.

This advanced course, consisting of six modules, offers participants an understanding of the use cases for OCDS implementation in open procurement, including the key components and steps to follow to implement OCDS in a specific context such as open smart cities.
